Social Justice Series Event - Tuesday, April 30, 5:30-7:30 PM

Register here for this free event. Supper and childcare provided. Offered as part of SFPC's Social Justice Series.

Check back for details.

Dinner Party Groups are back!
Starting in March, SFPC will again organize small group gatherings with an emphasis on food and fellowship, every two months for half a year. Groups will be formed based on sign ups, and may be a mixture of couples and singles with a target size of around eight individuals per group. Groups will plan their own dinners - hosted, potluck, carry-out or dine-in - whatever sounds good to the group.

The same groups will meet for dinners in March, May, and July, giving them a chance to get to know each other better. After that, new groups will be formed for the fall/winter. There's lots more information in the 2/19 church newsletter (look in the column to the right or below under "The Courier" and click on "Newsletter 2-19-19") or you can contact Ellen Collins or Brent Sweger to learn more. Let's break bread together!

VBS for Grownups - June 24-27
Vacation Bible School for adults? You bet! Please join us in the Fellowship Hall June 24-27 at 6 PM for a light supper, and 6:30 for presentations and discussion with Dr. Jerry Sumney, of Lexington Theological Seminary. Topic to be announced.

VBS for Kids - July 26-27
Plans are coming together for children's Vacation Bible School on the evenings of July 26 and 27, with hopes that the children will come back for a special time during church on Sunday, July 28. Check back for more information.

Language & Literacy Night
Friendship, fun, and engaging lessons for young children from K-5th grade at 6 PM on Friday night. Check out the SFPC Facebook page for details.

Get involved
These are turbulent times. If you want to find out what PCUSA is doing and how you might help, check out this link to PCUSA's "What we do" page. If you want to get more involved right here at SFPC, talk with Pastor Marian or Debbie Wilson about being part of the Outreach & Evangelism Committee.

Join the Ukulele Band
Children from 1st grade on up are invited to participate in the new SFPC ukulele band. The band will meet after church from 12:15-1 pm. All skill levels welcome. Contact Jason Shaw for more information.

Join the Children's Choir
A new children's choir is starting up at SFPC. All who are interested should meet with Matthew upstairs in the Sunday School area from 10-10:30 Sunday mornings.

Now you can HEAR sermons on our website!
On the Learn|Grow page, in the column on the right, under "Sunday Sermons," you'll see PDF files of past sermons you can read online or print, and if you scroll down, you'll see a new section with links to audio files.
